In order to assist us in accurately ordering souvenirs, programs, and spirit items, as well as to confirm the hotel space for the 2025 SLC, NYS FBLA is requesting that you complete and submit this form by February 15. Please do not wait for SDM results to submit this form – we need the information no later than February 15. Please note the competitions begin at 1pm on Wednesday, April 9 and the awards ceremony will end at approximately noon on Friday, April 11, so please plan your travel accordingly.

This form will also provides us with information for assigning advisers/chaperones to serve as competitive event chair people, assistant chair people, proctors, timekeepers, and dance/social activity chaperones at the SLC. EVERY adviser and chaperone of every chapter attending the SLC will be called upon to serve in at least two of these capacities during the conference. This is done to provide our student delegates with the best atmosphere in which to compete. Thank you in advance for your willingness to assist us with the competitions.
