Community Outreach Committee — Trash to Treasure POW Community Outreach Committee -- Trash to Treasure Goal: To increase member participation in improving their communities and environment. Chapters must work together to “clean up” their community and use the materials they collect to make art. Members can make sculptures, models, collages, and other works. Once they are finished, they must submit a picture of their chapter's creation and a 150-word summary explaining their process of finding materials and the inspiration for their creation. Chapters will be judged based on the rubric attached.
